Description: Microsoft recommends that your organization ensure that individuals requiring access to organizational information and information systems sign appropriate access agreements prior to being granted access. Your organization should consider creating and maintaining Personnel Security policies and standard operating procedures that include processes that require individuals accessing organizational information and information systems to sign appropriate access agreements prior to being granted access. Your organization should also ensure that individuals requiring access to organizational information and information systems re-sign access agreements to maintain access to organizational information systems when access agreements have been updated or at an organization-defined frequency.
