Due to the nature of how the grid works, results that are already reredered would not be re-rendered, therefore the highlighting does not apply to already rendered results.
As a simple workaround if you want to search for 'allowedvalues' then first search for 'allowedvaluesX' and then re-phrase your search to 'allowedvalues'.
